The NeuroAlpine network was born at the first European BioAlpine Convention that was held in Grenoble on October 6, 2006, in the field of Neuroscience.

The aim of this event, which appeared to be most successful, was to bring together researchers from the 3 neighbouring territories (Grenoble-Lyon, Geneva-Lausanne, Torino), in relation with industry on these specific fields.
